The International School of Diving Safety and Medicine is a joint effort of DAN Europe and ITS (Institute of Tourism Studies) and under the supervision of the Malta Ministry for Tourism, Ministry for Education, and Ministry for Gozo.
The ISDSM aims at promoting a broad academic education program by designing specific course curricula in the field of Diving Safety, Research and Medicine, focusing on the sustainability – both economic and environmental – of the diving industry.
Lectures will be held at the ITS campus in Qala, Gozo.
Get a Degree in Management of Diving Tourism (MDT)
Bachelor of Science in Diving Safety Management (Part-Time)
This course aims to offer its students an educational program having the fundamental elements of diving, tourism and risk management combined. The final purpose of this new program is to have dive professionals and businesses grow their competence and better understand the risks associated with scuba diving, as well as increasing key business skills related to this specific industry.
Duration:
A modular program delivered over four years.
Next intake will commence course in September 2026.
Bachelor of Science in Diving Safety Management (Full-Time)
